A general insurance company established on 19 November 1991 as JSC «IC «TransOil» and renamed «Tauran Insurance»; specialises in compulsory liability insurance. In June 2026 the shareholders decided to remove the compulsory motor third-party liability insurance (OGPO VTS) class from its licence and transfer the insurance portfolio.
